This gas kettle barbecue features OUTDOORCHEF’s characteristic streamlined and modern design. The powder-coated steel cladding in two shades of grey covers 4 sides and provides a robust foundation for the barbecue. A solid aluminium-cast iron hinge creates a premium feel when opening and closing the barbecue.

With the unique funnel system in the kettle and the specially developed Blazing/Cooking Zone Kit Plus add-ons, this model is deal for preparing all kinds of barbecue dishes and other culinary classics outdoors. Making the AROSA 570 G EVO Grey Steel an outdoor kitchen that knows no limits.

The innovative funnel system with the Gourmet Burner Technology allows continuous temperature adjustment from 80 to 360 degrees in the standard position. This even heat distribution creates a consistent temperature over the entire barbecue and on the grid and eliminates the need to turn food.

From simmering at 80 degrees to low & slow cooking at 110 to 130 degrees or crispy pizza at up to 360 degrees, everything is possible. If you want to really turn up the temperature for the barbecue wok or griddle plate, simply rotate the funnel to the volcano position for concentrated heat of up to 500 degrees.

OUTDOORCHEF’s proprietary Gas Safety System protects the burners ideally from wind and weather. If a burner is extinguished by the wind, it automatically reignites to prevent any escaping gas.

When the barbecue is not being used, the two side shelves can be folded down to save space. The barbecue has two large rubberised wheels for easy manoeuvring on any surface.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and undamaged packaging.

If your item is damaged on arrival, or you notice there is damage when assembling your order, we will happily accept your return. But you must return your item in its original and undamaged packaging.

Goods that are exempt from being returned are products that contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

With the exception of damaged items, customers wishing to return unwanted orders are responsible for the cost of the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If we have sent you a free gift with your order and you wish to return your order and receive a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges of damaged items
We will happily replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. We ask that you first send us an email along with photos of the damage itself. Email us at support@tierraabode.com.

We will arrange for its collection. You are responsible for dismantling an assembled item and ensuring it is returned it in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged too, then we ask that you find an alternative and robust packaging. Couriers will not accept loose items unboxed.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was delivered in a damaged state and is unusable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please always return items in their original packaging. Please do not write on the packaging. We ask that any mailing labels you use be placed over the orignal mailing label that was used to deliver your item to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Free Delivery

If the item you are ordering or the value of your cart is more than £100, there are no delivery charges 

For all other items, delivery charges are displayed on each product or on the cart page as you add items to it. They're not hidden, only to be revealed when you go to check out!

Postcode exclusions apply

If you live in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands and Islands your delivery may take a little longer and you will have to pay a small surcharge.

However, we promise that your product will be worth the wait!

Day of Delivery

While we only work with reliable delivery firms, it's not always possible to offer an exact or approximate time of delivery. Sometimes deliveries can be delayed for all manner of reasons. We always ask the driver to call you when they are 1 hour away, so you can prepare to take the delivery, or pop out for that last minute errand. 

If by 5pm on the day of delivery you haven't heard from the driver, we urge you to make contact with us, so we can chase the driver and advise you of an ETA. 

Direct Dispatch

Some of our items will be sent to you directly from the manufacturer, not by our own courier. Wherever possible, we will always provide you with a tracking reference, so you can go online and track your delivery.

Refusal of Delivery

If for any reason you change your mind and refuse delivery, the cost of the delivery itself will be deducted from the amount we will refund you.
